Choux specializes in exquisite éclair pastries. Each éclair is a work of art with exceptional attention to detail.
After 2 years of running a cake business, our head baker, Sané fell in-love with french pastry and this love affair gave birth to Choux in 2017. For months before the brand was launched Sané spent countless hours in the kitchen, perfecting eclair shells, developing flavour combinations and creating authentic South African flavours to complement the french pastry.
Choux is a labour of love, a quest for perfection and a taste adventure. So, whether you have a sweet-tooth, you're a food connoisseur or just enjoy a decedent treat with your tea: Choux Eclairs are the perfect little delight for every occasion.
Meet The Team
Sané Molotsi
Sané is our head baker. The brain behind all our unique flavour combinations. Although she is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, her heart is in baking and Choux his her labor of love.
Morapeli Molotsi
Morapeli is the face of Choux. He handles all our Marketing and Customer Relations. With a qualification in Supply Chain Management and over 8 years of Sales experience, our customers are happy in his warm hands.
